The kids are working out for the General, and they're getting ready to shoot at him. The kid says that every time he's been shot, he gets "this really nasty sting" to his body. He tells the kid to go ahead and shoot the kid, and then he'll distract the kids while they run into the alley. He's going to stand up and yell at them until they run away. He doesn't want to destroy the town, he says, but he does want to make sure that they don't have to. He warns the kid not to get too carried away, because it's only going to get worse.
