The narrator is so freaked out by the smell that he can't even get out of his pant leg. The smell makes him feel like he's going to die, and he can barely move his legs. He doesn't know what to do, so he asks Kagawa if he can touch him. Kagawa says he'll never touch him, but that's not going to stop him from trying to kiss him.
