"Hidden Best Love" opens with the voice of Lin Buhui, a doctor in the village, asking his wife, Yuunge, if she is feeling well. Yuunge is still in a coma, but she is able to recognize her husband. Lin buhui explains that he is Yuunge's husband and that she is his wife. He tells her that he has shot a pheasant and that he will cook her chicken soup for her to recover her health. The doctor asks Yuunge if she would like to go to a city hospital to get help for her injury, but Yuunge says that she has no idea that she will return to the city. She tells the doctor that due to the effects of gravity, she has a blockage in her blood flow to her brain and she needs to be admitted to the hospital for a while
