About This Chapter
Everyone's transformed, like me. The wind's strong, and they're almost hanging in there. They're about to turn against each other, and the only solution they have is each of them taking the right thing to do. The only problem is that they don't have a prophet, a messiah, or anyone to guide them. They need a leader, they say, and that's what they've found in the new leader. The new leader, he says, is confident that he has the right solution. The old leader believes in him, too, and he's confident that the old leader has the solution. He's going to give the old man a chance to prove himself. The world was full of audacity in the old days, says the old guy, and now it's full of stupidity. Athena's warning us that there's a problem, he tells us, is exactly what's wrong with the world. He says that mutations happen faster here than anywhere else and that man and demon have become one. He tells us that he'll be back soon, but first he wants to thank everyone for their help.
