In this chapter, we learn that Milady is in the middle of a tea party, and that she has a magic lamp waiting for her. Milady asks the lamp to be rubbed with her fingers to make her wish come true. The lamp is full of water, and Milady wants to rub it with her finger to make it wet and to feel the inside of the lamp. She wants to make the lamp wet so that it will turn into a "smile" and "thrust" when she touches it, and she wants to turn the lamp into a paper-mache. She also wants to wet the lamp so that she can make it look like her birthday is coming up.
