Back at the station, Shmoo meets up with Hiroko, who has just returned from his trip to the Galapagos. Hiroko is excited to see her, but Shmoo is worried that he's not going to be able to spend enough time with her. She tells Hiroko that she's going on a trip, and Hiroko says that's fine, but he wants to spend time with his "lover" . Shmoo agrees, but Hiroko doesn't seem to be having any of it. She's worried that Hiroko will be jealous of her, so she tells him that they'll have to break up if he can't take care of himself.
