He also tells us about the man's "hush money" , which made him a hero in the eyes of the people. He tells the narrator that he is afraid that something bad will come from the accident. He asks the narrator to leave the matter to him, but the narrator refuses, saying that he has no idea what he is supposed to do. He says that he helped cover up the boy's death, and that he would do anything for the sake of the boy. He wants to know if the man with the scar on his face is the same man who killed the boy, and the narrator says that the scar is the scar from the time when the boy was killed, and he can't find him.
