He tells the newcomer that he is the landlord of the garden, and he invites him to come for a walk. The landlord tells him that he has a "kind of different aura" from the other tenants, and that he welcomes the newcomer to his home. The newcomer is shocked to learn that the landlord is a "fucking rock" . He asks the landlord to show him how cute the newcomer is, and the landlord promises to do so the next time he sees him.
