In this chapter, we are introduced to a number of new characters. The first of these characters is called Penelope, and he is a member of the extraterrestrial community. He has come to visit his friends, who are making a new type of rocket. He asks them to come and visit him, but they refuse, saying that they don't like to be seen with the other extraterrestrials. He tells them that he and his friends will have their own company one day, and that people like him will be looking for work for them. He says that he hopes they will find a place to live someday.
