In this chapter, we learn that wahzee isn't really the captain of the team, but that he's the one who's been trying to recruit new members to the team. We learn that the team needs new members, and one of them is a girl named carol, who just disappeared one day. We also learn that this girl is named diocel, and that she's going to try out for the team this afternoon. Geez, that's a lot of chitchat. We're not really sure what to make of this, but we're guessing that it's just a bunch of random people hanging out in the middle of a lecture hall. Anyhoodle, we've got a flashback to a group of friends in San Francisco, who've just started a new game called "Rhysmyth." They're having a hard time figuring out how to get people to play the game. One of the guys, Damien sanchez, has a pet monkey named hyper, who runs around the dance floor like a crazy monkey. He's super cute, and s/he's also super fun to work with.
