The agents wait in the office. Asano stands next to the supreme agent, boo sits next to her, and the rest of the group sits by the wall. They all hide guilty their eyes. The chief recorder tells them that all but one city in the world is in the hands of the queen. The supreme agent is worried that she will tell them the truth. One of the lords turns to boo and says that age is just as important as wisdom. The lord says that humans think time is a straight line, but that it can change direction. The lords discuss the importance of iron city and how they can help the queen by sending a team to iron city. The second lord says they left the time machine there the last time they visited. The first lord says he will find out what the time does when he needs it. The narrator says that the lords and temporal always seem to be puzzling.
