In this chapter, we learn that the story of the goblins is based on a legend that was passed down by a girl named choi, who was given the ability to see ghosts and goblins since childhood. The girl has been able to do this since she was a child, and she is now a transfer student at the university where the story takes place. The students are introduced, and the girl introduces herself as "jun" and says that her name is "wow" and "pleasure" . She also says that she is the "medium" around here and that the students are "being goblins" too. She says that since they are goblins they are "very handsome" and asks the students if they caused the accidents that got them kicked out of the university. They say that they need help from her because she caused them all to be kicked out as punishment. She promises to help, but says that one thing is "absolutely forbidden" and that she will not use her "puppy dog face" when asking for help.
