Rosalind and her mother are in the middle of a renovation of their Paris apartment. Rosalind complains about her husband's "workaholic" ways. He's always on the lookout for new ways to make money, and he doesn't have the time to enjoy life in Paris, Rome, or Milan. She tells him she can't afford to live with him because he's so "hokey" . Sofia and her sister-in-law, heather, come over to help them out.
