"Once I set my sights on something, I can't help but want to possess it."Dressed impeccably in a suit with a dignified expression, Shiba, a company owner who took an instant liking to Sakura, introduced as a business partner. Despite Shiba's attempts to approach him, Sakura seemed to have an impenetrable guard, appearing as difficult to conquer as a fortress. However, by chance, they met again at a bar, and a drunk Sakura invited Shiba into a one-night relationship. Yet, the next day, the cute demeanor from the previous night was nowhere to be found as Sakura acted extremely cold. Despite having desires, Sakura didn't want romance and preferred a rational relationship. These are mature men, no boys. Men. And the uke has some trauma and baggage so he is super guarded, but the seme is so steadfast and confident, not too pushy, gentle… sweet, the both of them. The extras are great. The main story seems a bit slow, but it’s mature, not meant to be the quick emotions of, well, boys and youth, even if the seme seems to want to pursue immediately because the uke is perfectly his type. They communicate, even if the communication is a bit dishonest, and “I don’t want to talk about it” occasionally, and the uke trying to avoid, since he’s so guarded. It was a nice break from all the insta-love, assaults, and extreme drama I’ve been reading (not that those can’t be enjoyable as well, but change of pace can be good occasionally)
