The narrator tells us that he's been looking for someone to save him from himself. He's had a lot of dreams about someone, but he hasn't been able to find them. He finally has a moment of self-awareness and realizes that he can't be alone forever. The narrator asks himself how lucky he is to have found someone to help him. He asks himself if he was so lucky to be able to meet her. He tells himself that it's only the beginning and that he still wonders how he was able to be so lucky.
