It's raining rocks. The team is lagging behind, and they're worried that they'll get stomped by one of them. They're about to get married in the spring, so they don't have time to worry about it. They look at the pile of rocks and decide that it's time to get the heck out of there. One of the rocks is already there, and the team is about to stomp on it when they see that another rock is already in the way. They decide to change the course of the race.
