The premise of this arc is kind of stupid. Of course a cook who brings his own high class ingredients can make a better dish than family restaurants who have to buy mass produced ingredients because they have to keep in budget. No restaurant owner would ever agree to a cook off like this. I know this manga is ridiculous most of the time, but this is pushing it.
