She tells him that her friend, who used to work at the same company as him, has gone to another company. She also tells him about the government officials who are visiting the company today. She thinks that the company is the same one where she used to be a part-time employee. She wonders how anyone could know that the day would come, and she thinks that she knows the guy who works next door.
