In this chapter, Roxane continues to rant and rave about the awesomeness of Luna's powers. She tells Roxane that she's sick of watching him lose. She's tired of seeing him lose because he's not strong enough to stop her. She also tells him that the people in the audience are cheering for him because they're afraid of what he'll do to them if he loses. She says that if he doesn't stop cheering for her, she'll kill him. Roxane says that she can't believe that anyone would want to see him lose, especially since the people around him are cheering him on. She goes on to say that it's like if she were to kill him, he wouldn't be able to get his vision back. He'd have no chance of stopping her.
