The narrator tells us that he's in a pickle. He's trying to be friends with Asahi, but he can't stand it anymore. He wants to know what's going on. He knows that Asahi is gay, and he also knows that the two of them used to be good friends, but now they're not. The narrator says that he tried to be a friend to Asahi the other day, but it didn't work out. He also knows about how Asahi used to behave when he was with the narrator, and how he used to lie to the narrator about how much he loved her. He says that when he met Asahi again, he realized that he was in love with her, too, and that he needed to tell her the truth. So the narrator leaves.
