The demon lord tells Roxane that he hasn't seen her in that form in some time. He's been looking for her for a long time, and he's finally found her. He tells her that he has seen her from her shadow, and that she's taken an "interest in" him. Roxane is shocked, because she'd never thought that a human would take an interest in a demon. The two of them shake hands, and Roxane swears that she won't reveal her true identity until she can prove it with her own eyes.
