Okay, now we're back at the beginning of the story, where we find out that Miharukawa has been coming to visit us every day. He's got a fever, and he's been complaining about it. He wants to get better, so he squeezes his bottom half and rubs it with his foot. It's kind of a weird thing to do, but it's the only thing that seems to be making him feel better. Oh, and there's a weird sound coming out of his foot, which makes him feel a little better. He grabs his pants and waits for the weird sound to come out.
