In this chapter, we're introduced to a new character, a young detective named Johnny. We learn that he's a member of the Krooked Five, a group of super-villains who've been terrorizing the streets of New York City for the past few years. Johnny has a terrible dream in which he has to remember something, but he doesn't remember who he is. He's got a headache, and he needs a little squirt of something called barbax to get rid of it. He wants to know what the heck is going on.
