In this chapter, we learn that the company wants to hire Seok-jin because he is so important to the company. The company wants him to work for them because they want him out of the way and out of their hearts. They want him to be a part of the company, and they want to make sure that he does not have to go to work. They tell him that he can do whatever he likes in the office, and that they will take good care of his work. He says that he cannot do such things because they are slick and bitter, and he shudders when he does them. He tells the company that he taught himself to play the piano so that he could teach him. The days were similar anywhere, he says, but the twins sometimes went out for work and he was always by their side. He complains that they make up shady excuses for having sex with him every day. He wants to know what has happened at work, and the company tells him that the director told them not to contact him because he had been involved in an accident. The twins are going out for lunch and he is going to work in the kitchen.
