He asks the doctor if he can go to the teacher's room to get some sleep. The doctor says he can't, because the teacher has locked the balcony door, and she's told him that the window in the room is broken and that the guy hasn't been fixing it for years. The teacher also says that the latch on the door is too loose, and that's why the guy is so stingy. So, the doctor tells the student that he'll have to go to a locked room. The student is all, "I want to lick all of it." He wants to do it in his ass, but the doctor won't let him do it. He tells the kid to just stay in his room, and then he tells him to "suck it all" in. The kid's all "I don't want to do that, I want to just suck the whole thing in."
