When the protagonist asks him what the king just commanded him to do, the protagonist replies that he was invited to his house, but that he didn't want to go because he was afraid of losing the game with the king. He says that around the time he entered college, the invitation from the king stopped coming, and he was still thinking about the kiss. He's wondering if there's something wrong with him and if he has feelings for the protagonist. He goes on to say that he is now a student at a high school, and is nervous because he hasn't seen the protagonist in a long time. He wants to go in to his room first, but the protagonist says he can't go in because the king has commanded him not to
