It's been a while since we've seen Suzuki, and now he's back at work. He's bummed that he can't go back to his old job and settle things down with his new co-worker, but Suzuki's got a plan: He'll kill the guy who stayed at his house before him, and then he'll bring Suzuki around to see what's going on in the neighborhood. Suzuki doesn't like the fact that his new boss seems to be hanging out with his girlfriend, and he'd rather break into someone's house than hang out with a guy who's hanging around with a girl who'll never love him back. He tells Suzuki that if he were a burglar, he would've picked a different place to break in to. He says that he was the one to agree to it, and that's why Suzuki is now the only person in the world who cares about himself. He wants to tell Suzuki the next time he comes to his house, and Suzuki promises to do just that.
