It's been two years since the last time we saw the two of them, and now that we're in high school, it's time for us to get to know each other a little bit better. We're introduced to a new character, who's a little confused by the whole "I love you, but I don't know how to get close enough to you to actually kiss you" thing. He's also a little worried about what's going on with his crush, yukihira, because she hasn't called him by his first name since high school. Okay, now we get to hear a little more about the guy: he's changed his school of choice, and he wants to be closer to his crush. Uh-oh, that's not going to happen. He wants to talk to her, but he can't seem to find the right words to express his love for her. He tells her that she's cute, but she doesn't really seem to have any feelings for him. She's annoyed at him for not calling her by her first name, and she wants to know why he'd be so annoyed with her. She also tells him that she has no crush on anyone, and that she just needs to convince her crush that she loves him, and then she'll be as good as her crush. She wants to pretend to be worried about the other guy, who she thinks is upset because he'll never pay attention to her. But then she realizes that the guy has some serious issues, too. He told her that he was upset because his crush didn't pay enough attention to him. So, she decides to pretend that she was the one who dropped the notebook, and apologizes to him, then
