He wants to go to a "date after a place I really like nearby" , and he asks if his brother can make him some crab-ome rice. The boy says he can't make it at home because his fried rice tasted so good the last time he ate it, but that's okay, because he can make it in a fancy restaurant. The kid says he loves it when he sees his brother eat, and asks if it's true that he loves his brother so much. He says he does, and then asks if the kid has had a good day at work, and the kid blushes and says he didn't have a good one.
