They're still close to town, and the house isn't finished yet, but the place is nice and quiet. They talk about ichimura, who's still unmarried, and how he'd like to live in a place like this when he gets older. They also talk about Munakata, who seems like she would be free if she came to live with them, but she'd have to work for a living.
