About This Chapter
In the heat of the day, suihmer's translator, jay kim, tries to wake up Henry, who has already left for work. The two are interrupted by the arrival of a quality checker, tada yagi, who is trying to find out what's going on with Henry's phone. The quality checker tells the translator that the battery is dead and that Henry is calling "like crazy" . The tone of the conversation changes dramatically, as the quality checker tries to get Henry to stop calling. Henry, however, is still calling, and the tone changes again, as he tries to figure out what the heck is going on. He realizes that his phone is "blowing up" and that he's being rude to his employer. He's also starting to hate himself for not participating in "heartbreaking love" , which is what he used to do when he was younger. He also realizes that he has been saying the "stupidest shit" in the world, and he can't believe that he is actually such a dumb ass. He sighs and chirps to himself that summer is coming, and that it's time to let it pass. He wonders why Henry didn't wake him up like he usually does. He asks if he was uncomfortable with his text the night before, and Henry admits that he was. .
