Everyone is confused by what's going on. The narrator explains that the five guests in the room are in fact the perpetrators of the Yuzheng incident. He wants to introduce them to a new kind of punishment: the bracelet, which releases a strong current that causes a person's heart to stop beating. The bracelet can also be used to provide help to the people who are caught breaking the rules. The only way to escape punishment is to be truthful and not to hide anything. Everyone freaks out. They don't even know what a punishment is, and the narrator explains it's called the "punisher" or "evil" . He tells them that if the truth is not found, everyone will be punished, and that they can use public media to broadcast the entire process of the punishment to the public. Everyone wants to know who gave the police permission to trap them in this room.
