Back at the hotel, Jack tells everyone that he's back. He's got a message for Jack: don't try to get close to him, because he'll make you nervous. Jack's not buying it. He says that he can handle this, and that he was abroad when the whole thing happened, so he didn't need to tell Jack anything. Jack says that it's fine, he just doesn't have the money to pay his debts right now. He wants to see what's going on, and he wants to know why Jack suddenly softened up. Jack tells him that he just can't stand it any longer.
