In this chapter, we learn that the tiger needs only six more points to trap the swan. He's already beaten the other team, and he's confident that he can do it again. He tells the other players that he'll invite them to his wedding. The host of the game, however, has already said that it's luck that's keeping the tiger from winning. The other players are all "Gee, what's up with that? It's just luck." The host says that the point is "luck." The tiger is all "What? What's the point? The point is luck!" The host is all, "What did you do today?" The tiger's all "I'm really lucky today. I'm going to beat you up!" The bams are all like, "Dude, you've got to stop talking about luck and start talking about the ball!" The coach says that they'll have to get the ball first if they're going to have any chance of winning the game. He says that if they get beaten or fouled, they should just think of the ball. He also says that a foul is when a player is "excessive or violent contact" that could injure a fouled player. Then bam gets all huffy and yells at the kid to get a hug. The kid jumps up and blocks the ball from the back of the basket. The coach calls the kid a "holy block shot" and says that block shots are like "closing the lid" on deliciousness.
