In this chapter, the young master and the other soldiers discuss the future. If they die, they will meet again in the future, but if they are still alive, they must go to the unified place. The young master wonders where they should go, but the others agree that they can all go on the same path, but that they must do it in a different way. He wonders if someone could achieve a feat that was based on luck, and that they would not give up even if they did not have the chance to do so. He says that the zhus have a few lambs left, but they still want to protest. He tells them to listen to him, and they should run away.
