About This Chapter
In the second half of the match, Oswaldo and the rest of the Valereano players continue to taunt the Vols' fans. Oswaldo, however, is determined to keep his team in the game. He tells his father that if he loses in the first match of the season, he will be fired from the club. He urges his father not to let Oswaldo lose the support of his family. He also tells Oswaldo that if Oswaldo loses in his first match, then he will not be able to stay at the club any longer. The Vols fans taunt Oswaldo for taunting them, but Oswaldo says that he is not done with the match yet. He notes that Oswaldo stomped him on the field during the first half, and Oswaldo thinks that he might be the best striker in the entire league. He says that if the other team continues to taunt him, then they will be beaten. He adds that they will have to keep pepe away from the field. The other players in the back took the ball and played the game the way they played the first time they met Oswaldo. They scored with it, and they will continue to do so until Oswaldo's team is defeated.
