In this chapter, we learn that Enoshima's new coach, Tsumi, is a former assistant coach at Oedo Express, and that he has just joined the club's front office. Enoshima thanks him for his help in getting the club up and running, and he invites Enoshima over for dinner. He tells Enoshima that he's impressed with how well the club is doing, especially with the help of the scout and the coach. He says that the whole town was "riled up" about the club at the time, but that the passion has cooled down, and they have to act as if they're going to win. He adds that if the club wins, the entire town will be "addicted" to the sport, and it's only a matter of time before it becomes "far deeper" than ever before
