In this short scene, we learn that Zev's memory is so bad that he sometimes forgets to do things. He has agreed to take Zev to the movies with him, but he has also agreed to stand Zev up just because he wants to sleep. Zev doesn't seem to understand why he has to stand up for Zev when he's just going to go to bed. He's also not understanding why Zev has to keep reminding him of all the things he promised to do when they were supposed to go out together. He seems to have lost his mind, and Zev can't figure out how to get out of this argument. He tells Zev that it's normal for couples to bicker,
