The next morning, Mina and Roxane discuss what has happened. Mina tells Roxane that she is glad that she did not have to go to school, because she is so full of self-importance that she can't go anywhere. Mina says that she hopes Roxane will die soon, since she is such an irresponsible girl. Mina wonders why Roxane didn't get a special education when she was a child, and she wonders why she doesn't stay in school when she is a commoner. Mina thinks that it is because of her "endless mana" that she has to stay with Roxane, even though her parents are nobles. She wonders why Mina didnt go to college, and why she hasn't been able to find a job. She thinks that Mina's arrogance is so great that they have to remain together, even when they are commoners
