About This Chapter
The scene opens on a "day in heaven" . It's a year later, and xiaoshi has just returned from the bridge with the half-open flower creator, the lily. He's excited to see the group, and he's ready to order the drink. He asks the kid about his hand, and the kid says that he hasn't been able to work on it for a few days because of a scratch he got from the stems on the day of the accident. . He apologizes, but the kid doesn't seem to understand why he apologizes. He says that the scratch was caused by the stems that day, and that it's not his fault. The kid's horrified to hear that the glass window on the other side of the room is about to break, and they're about to get into a lot of trouble.
