The lady replies that the day when no one can pick a dragon level will soon come, and she probably will not live to another binding of a dragon. The two dragonkeepers discuss the matter, and they agree that they will fight as much as they can. The dragonkeepers choose their dragon, and the blind dragon is bound. The general of the campaign, named Cai Ming, enters the palace and thanks the general for his victory.
