About This Chapter
In this chapter, the narrator explains that he has never told anyone of his feelings for Heesoo. He says that he told him to stop him from leaving because he was too young to accept his feelings. He admits that he was drunk at the time and that the days they spent together were "mistakes." He apologizes for the confusion, saying that he will be by his side until he gets better. He tells her that she is a great person because she accepts everything. When she opens her eyes, she sees a familiar person sleeping next to her. The narrator says that there was something he regretted in that short period of time, more than his confession he made earlier. It was that he found someone he hated "craved desperately to blame." He says he will probably regret this for the remainder of his life
