Back at the King's production house, Lockwood is having a hard time getting over Jane's departure. He's been studying at Lily's school, and he's worried that Jane is still angry with him. He decides to go to see her, and when he gets there, he finds out that she has left the company and is looking for a new job. Lockwood tells us that he was planning to hire Jane as a permanent employee, but she's leaving soon, so he needs someone to take her place.
