When the guards show up at the academy, they're all dressed up and ready to go. Duke charlie is all, "Hey, what's going on here?" He's got a message for the guards: "Bring me my ring" . The guards are all like, "Dude, you stole my ring!" . Then they tell everyone to take off their coats and get ready to search the academy. Everyone has to do this, and it's not just the guards. It's also the students, who have to do the same thing. They all have to get their coats off and put on their masks. Everyone is supposed to leave the academy immediately.
