The next morning, the monster asks to be let in on the secret of his master's inner workings. He wants to know what's going on with his master, but he can't bring himself to ask him directly. Instead, he asks the monster to tell him the story of his childhood friend, whom he calls "close ye jue" . The monster says he's never heard the name of the girl before, so he doesn't know who the girl is. The next day, he learns that the girl was his twin sister, and that she hates sweets and chili pepper. He promises to tell the girl's story to her.
