In this chapter, we learn that Wuma has written a story about a bug and art for a comicloft, a company that produces comic books in China. We learn that his parents have asked him to stay with them for a while, but that he has already decided to stay away from home. He tells us that he's been thinking about what his destiny is, and this place reminds him of his destiny. He's never thought of it as anything other than his "wishful thinking" , but now that he sees how Wuma looks at him, he realizes that he must be a very, very special insect. Wuma says that if he likes someone, his eyes cannot hide it, and if he doesn't like someone, he can't conceal it. He says that he will bring Wuma back to find out what's going on, and that if Wuma refuses, he will knock him out.
