About This Chapter
The narrator introduces us to a new character, named chenyi, who has been able to see demons since he was born. He tells us that he picked up a taoism priest, who is currently in a "state of amnesia" . The narrator asks the priest if he went back to the chairman's office with Mr. Wilson, and the priest replies that he didn't, but that he'd do something to repay the men. He also tells the narrator to calm down, because "monsters can't approach humans" if they're imprinted with the word "chase." The narrator tells the priest that he can help him remember his past, but warns him not to make the mistake of making his past worse than it already is. The priest says he's willing to try anything to get back his memories, but first, he wants to make sure that he doesn't make a mistake that makes his memories worse than they already are.
