In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, who is introduced as "ijeong snap-snap snap snap drop" . We learn that he is a student in the Department of Food and Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is dressed in his "collection" of weird clothes, and he is very excited to meet his new student, "pie" , whom he calls "the pot belly." He is also very excited about the fact that he will be able to "make him pay" when he gets his hands on him. He tells her that he wants to "hold hands" and "join forces" to "stop that from happening." He asks her to "formally introduce myself" to her, and she does so. She tells him that she is from the school, and that she can dress him up in her collection every day. She asks him to go to her house now, since her parents will not be home if they go now. He agrees, and they go to his house. The food he ordered is here, and it is "dae-sung."
