Miss Lee explains that the guest was her brother-in-law's sister, and she expected him to come because she was sick, but he came because he wanted to see her. She tells Miss Lee that her legs are uncomfortable, so they're going to come visit around lunchtime the next day. She says that her brother was too stiff to ask for an advance visit, so she had to wait until the day before.
