About This Chapter
In this chapter, we meet Dr. Evans, who has come to see Dr. Guillory. He's here to tell him that he's found a way to cure him of all his fears. He also tells Evans that the woman who drugged his sister at the bar drugged her too. Evans says that he doesn't trust his father, and that's why he and his father are going to split up. Evans tells his father that he can't believe what's happened to him. He says that even though he can see things, he still feels like there's something "crawling inside" of him. Evans points out that this isn't the fault of his father; it's his fault that the people in his life have been scared. Evans wants to know what he can do to get back at his father. He tells Evans to hold on to his job at the city hall.
